The rules are basically this, if you're going to participate, the deadline to join the SS is the 14th, and participants will post their wish list journals by the 18th. This has been extended from the 15th to make up for my previous absence. They'll have time to do something and posting will be allowed to start on the 24th, and gift-posting will go on until January 3rd. I hope that sounds like enough time. : ) I want to be as fair as possible, and I need to make up for being so rude for just disappearing like that.

The blank can be anything SK related, but don't ask someone for too much. The deadline will be very short, so you can ask for a short scene, but not a comic, y'see?

To get that other journal entry off my page *hmm hmm* I'm asking a couple questions.

So Brynnie is in the middle of writing a story right now, beginning to end. I've finally planned out how it's going to roll, I'm rather pleased with myself. Cheer for me, c'mon. Even if you don't want to.

I'm tempted to do a radioplay and put it on Youtube or something.
If I do, are people interested in listening to such things? Auditioning for them?
I'd look for music and credit peeps and whatnot.
I'd like to do artwork of scenes as well to make it a full video. It would go like nicely-colored storyboards as the audio plays. Like... Five-ten minute episodes.

OR: I'd use RenPY to make a visual novel. This, however, is a little boring if I just want to point and click. It is fun to read these things though, it's just all that clicking! I don't really intend to have any choices either, so it's not taking advantage of the visual novel for what it is.

OR: Mugen? This one just popped up to me and sounded insane already. Isn't it true that the program is able to utilize cut scenes? That's a lot of sprite and background work though. This is a cracky idea, and I'd need way too much help with this one.

I'm most interested in the radioplay. It would be easier for people to enjoy it online or in MP3 format on the go. I really like drama CD's, and I find it a shame that no one takes advantage of them in English. Is it evil to ask someone to do a lot of lines for a story? It's going to be very conversation based.
